She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Douglas Chance Surles. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Elliott; her son Wayne Chance; her father Caleb Blue, Sr. (Shirley); her siblings, Chris Chance (Chrisandra), Caleb Blue, Adrian Blue (Katina), Jeffery Blue, Mitchel Blue (Dana), Gwendolyn Jackson (Arriod), Jacqueline Malone and Valerie Blue Smith (Mark); and her aunts, Alma L. Spencer, Katie L. Ledbetter (Leroy) and Lillie M. Chance. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Cape Fear Conference A Headquarters, 25 Beaver Road, Erwin, following the facility's guidelines for entrance, capacity, and social distancing.
