He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Arthur; his children, Brian Thomas Arthur (Susan) of Wilmar, Timothy Mooney (Sheresse) of River Bend, Laurie Arthur Moore (Randall) of Aurora, Julia Faye Jordan of Vanceboro, Betty Marie Arthur and John Orchard of New Bern; his siblings, Allen Arthur, Belle Toler (Tommy) of Cayton and Lucy Baker (Joe) of Farmville; his grandchildren, Chastity Kinney, Alex Dodson, Nathan Arthur, Derek Adams, Jr., Kameryn Adams, Casey Adams, Randall Moore, Jr., Isaac Moore, Lindsey Faye Arthur, Tray Tillman, Jarred Tyler Arthur, Lainee Shyanne Jordan, Anthony Christopher Barham, Bryanna Marie Onorato and Damieon Thomas Arthur; and his great grandchildren, Abigail Lola Craig, Montgomery Linnen, London Aaliyah-Faye Arthur, Troy Justice Tillman and Skylar Juliet Tillman.
