She is survived by: her children, Lynda Spurlin Joyce (Lee Joyce, Sr.) of Sparta and Lonnie D. Spurlin (Rhonda) of Apex; her grandchildren, Leonard Joyce, Kevin Spurlin, Kimberlie Miller, Keenia Guessford, Keshia Edwards, David Spurlin, Jared Spurlin, Terril Spurlin, Gene Andy Spurlin, Jerry Johnson and Mary Collins; her great grandchildren, Caleb Spurlin, Joshua Spurlin, Kaden Miller, Laney Miller, Kentlee Phillips, Karson Phillips, Layla Edwards, Myles Edwards, Neely Grace Edwards, Haley Spurlin, Shena Spurlin and Jessica Johnson; her daughter-in-law Pam Spurlin Hoke of Ennice; and her close friend Wanda Robinson of Galax, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
