He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Daniel and Mary Evelyn Lee Kincaid; and his brother Ronald Kincaid. He is survived by: his children, Terry Wayne Kincaid, Jr. of Vale, Jolena Isaac of Maiden and Jacqueline Barragan of Newton; and his brother Donald Kincaid (Jeanine) of Statesville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
