He is survived by: his wife Roberta Stouch Phillips; his sons, Robert Phillips (Christine) of Stoughton, WI, Eric Phillips (Susan) of Ashville, AL and Adam Phillips of Ennice, NC.; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Gwyneth and Clayton.
