He is survived by: his wife Mary Bridgers Casper; his children, Geneva Casper Bryant (Mike) of Rocky Mount and Jason Casper (Amanda) of Enfield; his sisters, Bettie Baggaley of Wilmington and Diane Carter (Michael) of Richmond, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Mallorie Arrington (Christian), Ramzie Bryant, Kaylee and Cora Beth Casper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
