She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wilbert and Martha Maybelle Hales (Robert Earl Clay); and her son William Robert Clay. She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Clay, Michael Clay, James Clay (Jennifer) and Henry Clay; and her grandchildren, Brian, Brandon Clay of Rockford Illinois, Zachary Clay, Aarron Clay, Brianna Clay and Micheal Crickmore. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
