He is survived by: his children, Donna Maria May (Martin Keith "Marty") of Scotland Neck, May of Scotland Neck, Alice "Charlene" May of Scotland Neck and Adrian Franklin "Frankie" May, Jr. (Susan "Susie" B.) of Scotland Neck; his grandchildren, Mandy Nicole Monroe of Las Vegas, NV, Joseph Paul King, Jr. of Scotland Neck, Adrian Christopher "Chris" May of Scotland Neck and William James "Will" May of Scotland Neck; his great grandchild Elena Nicole Lee of Las Vegas, NV; his sisters, Lois M. Jones of Swansboro, Senora M. Wheless (James) of Louisburg and Joyce M. Stanley of Swansboro; and his close friends, Lee of Scotland Neck, Glenda Marks of Scotland Neck, Frank of Scotland Neck and Teresa Gonzalez of Scotland Neck. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
