She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Schiffer and Marion Schiffer. She is survived by: her husband Robert B. Post; her daughters, Michelle Pope (Troy Pope) of Midlothian, VA and Melissa Balourdos (Kosmas Balourdos) of Wake Forest, NC; her grandchildren, Finley, Davis Pope, Emily and Addison Balourdos; and her sister Susan Sherow of The Villages, FL..
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Sandra's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
