He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Newsome Moore Sr. and Sallie Brown Ellen Smiley; and his stepfather Ronnie Allen Smiley. He is survived by: his wife Pamala Moore; his daughters, Heather Benjamin (Corey) of Emerald Isle, NC and Hope Moore of Knightdale, NC; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Lucas and Tallulah.
