She was predeceased by: her father Harold "Jack" Hobson; and her husband Ronald Fred Metzger. She is survived by: her siblings, Sherre Betz (Ralph) of Mooresville, Chuck Hobson (Amy) of East Bend, NC and Ricky Hobson of East Bend, NC; and her close friend Stephen Lee Hill of Emerald Isle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
