We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Lelia Lipsitz of Emerald Isle, North Carolina, born in Murfreesboro, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Woodfin Sumner and Mary Gatling Sumner; her spouse Lee; and her siblings, Grady Jr., Carolyn, Hersey and Albert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Alexis Flippin (Royce), Julie Shields (David) and Amy Lipsitz; her grandchildren, Michael Shields (Anna), Stephen Young (Coleman), Alex Burchins (Emily), Andrew Burchins (Jessie), Molly Rebenski (James) and Maisie Flippin; and her great grandchildren, Charlie, Lottie Shields, Lily, Sophie and Josie Burchins. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
