He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Woodlin and Lola Osborn; and his brothers, Mike, Harvey and Art Woodlin.

He is survived by: his wife Pat Woodlin; his children, Dee Duggan (Tom) of Emerald Isle, NC and Ken Woodlin (Rebecca) of Garnet Valley, PA.; his brother-in-law Al Ponto (Evelyn) of Coatesville, PA; and his sister Peg Jaeger of Pennsville, NJ..

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) in Ken's memory.
