He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Marian (Meeks). He is survived by: his children, Judy Rich Harris (Steve), Johnnie E. Rich Jr. (Glenda), Karen Rich Horn (Delbert), Matthew Sumner Rich (Tamela) and Melissa Rich House (David); his grandchildren, Patrick Bannister, Katie Hoffman, Carter Rich, Tristan Rich, Stephanie Lishka, Aly Rich Pruitt, Spencer Rich Cox, Andrew House, Sean House and Danielle House; his great grandchildren, Wren Bannister and Craygen Lishka; his aunt Jane Bulluck; and his friends, Becky Brown of Atlantic Beach, Geri Smith and Bonna Meadows of Williamston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
