He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Waldo Register and Susan Etta Register; his girlfriend Janice G. Waters of Emerald Isle; his sons, James Murrel Register, Jr. (Danielle) of Peletier and Charles Michael Register (Sabrina) of Boone; his siblings, Diana Jones of Oak Island, Marilyn Tripp of Shallotte and Bo Register of Oak Island; his grandchildren, Morgan Register Prestridge (Briton), Madison Kay Register and James Murrel Register, III; his siblings, Vie Woods and Malcolm Register; and his grandson Shane Campbell.
