He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Alvin Allen and Eva Ward Allen; and his sisters, Mary Reid (Cotton) and Mildred Masters (Charles). He is survived by: his wife Donna Demming; his sons, David Allen (Christy) and Phillip Allen; his grandchildren, Benjamin Allen and Catherine Allen; his siblings, Margaret Hart (Frank) and Frank Allen (Linda); and his nieces, Debra Sox, Jenny Evans (John) and Amanda Schroeder (Jay).
