He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Matthew Foster, Jr. and Martha Ingram Foster; and his brother Gerald Matthew Foster, III. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Lane Foster; his daughters, Barbara Foster Shore of Cedar Point and Angela Foster Sutton (Van) of Emerald Isle, NC; his grandchildren, Stephen Shore, Lee Shore (Miranda), Rachel Shore Hoogendorn (Hunter), Joshua Sutton, Melanie Sutton, Robbie Sutton and Doug Sutton; his brothers, Mitchell Foster (Shirley) of Fort Walton Beach, FL and Richard Foster (Wanda) of Fayetteville, NC; his sister-in-law Donna T. Foster (Gerald) of Fayetteville, NC; and his mother-in-law Charlotte Lane of Swansboro, NC.. He is also survived by six greatgrandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, the Dementia Society of America or Hospice.
