He is survived by: his wife Judy Starcke; his children, Doug Starcke (Erin) of Emerald Isle, Heather Starcke Horak of Wilmington, Danielle Starcke (Erik) of Charlotte and Jackie Starcke of Cedar Point; his grandchildren, Tyler, Dylan, Emily, Kenneth, Elliot, William and June; his sister Carol Giannattasio (Tom) of Massapequa, NY; and his cousin Ken Starcke of East Northport, NY.. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
