He is survived by: his mother Eva Gray Boone; his brother Spencer Earl Pinnix (Sherrie) of California; his nieces, Latoya Wade of Burlington and LaShawnta McGee of Burlington; his aunts, Clementine Pinnix, Sheryl Pinnix, Alice Pinnix, Almetta Degraffenridt of Elon, Novella Mapp (Johnny) of Greensboro and Linda Johnson of New York; his uncle Eddie Wayne Poole of Burlington; his great-aunt Omega Bell (William) of Charlotte; and his great-uncles, Bob Brown (Delores) and Walter Brown (Debra) of Burlington. He is also survived by five great nieces and two great nephews.
