He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Wall and Theo Martin Wall; and his siblings, Robert Wall, James Wall, Jean Haney and Mary Simmons.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debby" Hucks Wall; his daughter Cynthia Wall Patterson of Fort Mill, S. C.; his stepdaughters, Stephanie Wade Oakes (Ryan) of Carrboro, N. C. and Dana Wade (Roy) of Beaufort, N. C.; and his grandchildren, Brittany Averette, Julie Averette, Abigail Averette, Claire Averette, Kane Averette, Atticus Oakes and Alifair Oakes.
