It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgie May Strickland of Elon, North Carolina, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene May and Annie Carroll May; and her daughter Cindy. She is survived by: her husband James Strickland; her daughter Tina Caccavari; and her siblings, Edith Baker, Linda May and Tommy May. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
