He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Smith Rich Williams; and also Caleb Lockamy. He is survived by: his parents, Jesse L. of Elon, NC and Elaine Williams of Elon, NC; his brother Neil Williams (Beth) of Orange Park, FL; his nephews, Mitchell Williams of New York, NY and Zachery Williams of Denver, CO.; and also, Don Rich of Iowa, Michael Rich (Abbey) of Hampstead, NC, Angelia Lockamy (Carlos) of Dunn, NC, Macie Rich, David Rich, Preston Rich and Emma Lockamy.
