He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Abke and Edith Abke (Hohls); his wife Jewell Perry; his siblings, Donald, Herman, Richard, David, Kenneth, Lois and Ruth; and his stepson Jeff Moser.
He is survived by: his children, Cyndee Duhon (Tom), Brenda Abke and Jeffery Abke (Mariellen); his grandchildren, Jonathan Hammer (Jamie), David Hammer and Laura Hammer; his stepgrandchildren, Nicole Stumpf (Todd) and Andrew Duhon (Erin); his great grandchild Wesley Hammer; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Tanner Stumpf, Teddy, George and Rose Duhon; his brother-in-law Charlie Copelan; his stepchildren, Chuck Moser (Tina), Shirley Moser and Pat Moser; his stepgrandchildren, Annie Moser, Christopher Moser (Becky) and Kristy Hardy (Matt); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jac, Charley Carwell, Emma, Jack, Izzy Moser, Josh, Linda Gail and Michelle Hardy.
