It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Monroe Graves of Elon, North Carolina, who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Lee Graves and Rachel Bigelow Graves; and his son Maurice Graves. He is survived by: his wife Adell Sellars Graves; and his children, Barbara Jeffries (Roy), Elsie Cathey (Michael), Sarah Clinkscales, Lilly Lea (Reggie), Linda Clinkscales and Coy Graves (Veatrice). He is also survived by great-great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews along with other relatives and friends.
