It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Fugmann (Elon, North Carolina), who passed away on November 17, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Johann "Charlie" and Ninna Fugmann; his sisters, Christina and Barbara; his wife Bette Ann; his daughter Lorraine Harris (Paul) of Burlington; his nephew Casey Golsong of Roanoke, TX; his niece Christine Golsong of Woodhaven, NY; his grandchildren, Everett, Austin, Joshua (Hannah), Ellie and Anelise; his great-nephew Connor; and his pet Hank.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations for the Shriners Hospitals for Children (South Carolina) to the Amran Shrine Center of Raleigh, an active charity of Michael's life, at 11101 Creedmore Road, Raleigh, NC, 27614.
