He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Blackwell Cobb; his children, Minister Michael Bernard Cobb, Jr. (Minister Kelly) and Keya Michelle Cobb; his grandchildren, Micah Isiah Cobb and Kalynn Jelani Fountain; his siblings, Apostle Marilyn Anette Neblett, Gregory McNeil Cobb (Tynesha) and Cheryl Cobb Hampton; his aunts, Catherine Cogdell (Joe) and Bessie Cobb; his uncle Richard Cobb; his parents-in-law, Warzell and Irene Blackwell; and his siblings-in-law, Ava Jean Cummings, Valerie Blackwell, Avery Blackwell and Dale Blackwell (Myra). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
