She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Reams Long and Sue Cates Long; her stepmother Lois Tuck Long; and her husband Dr. Robert Moore Stockard, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Stockard Hodge (C. Timothy Hodge) of Charlotte and Catherine Stockard Anderson (Marshall Wilson Anderson, III) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Jennifer Hodge Patchett (Robert Patchett) of Holly Springs, Clayton Timothy Hodge of Charlotte and Marshall Wilson Anderson, IV; and her great grandchild Emily Anne Patchett.
