She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harvard and Maydell Winn; and her brother John Winn Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Cindy Reese (Tony) and Jim Winn; her niece Dawn Williams (Paul); her nephews, John Winn Jr. (Tracy), Dillon Reese, Jason and Austin Winn; her great-nieces, Caitlin, Emily Williams and Graci Winn; and her great-nephew Gabe Williams.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made in memorial of Kathy Winn to the Hospice of Alamance/Caswell (AuthoraCare) or Berea Christian Church.
