We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2021, at the age of 88, Joseph Donald Webb of Elon, North Carolina, born in Bluefield, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Chandler Webb; his parents, John Freeman Webb and Dorothy Elizabeth Webb of Bluefield, WV; his siblings, John Webb Jr., Elizabeth Webb Noble and Kenneth Webb; his son Joseph Webb; his stepson Walter Hanford Jr. The; and also, Jewel Hawkins Webb and Christina Sutton.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Andrea H. Taylor (Bernie) of Graham, NC and Andrew H. Hanford (Marsha) of Graham, NC.; his grandchildren, Drew Hanford, Holly Ruffolo (Danny), Madison Hanford and Mason Taylor; his great grandchild Zachary Ruffolo; his sisters, Phyllis Miller of Gibsonville, NC and Sandra Smith of Bluefield, WV; and his sisters-in-law, Phyliss Webb of Bluefield, WV and Brenda Matherly (Johnny) of Burlington, NC.. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews as well as grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mr. Webb's memory may be sent to St. Mark's Church, Hospice and/or Residential Treatment Services of Alamance County.
