He is survived by: his spouse Eleanor Blakey Helm; his children, Jim Ketcham (Dana) of San Francisco, Clifton Ketcham (James Moudy) of Hood River, Oregon and Mary Sterner (David) of St. Charles; and his grandchildren, Mike, Katie, Kristy Ketcham, Ellie Sterner and Joe Sterner.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Allied Churches of Alamance County or to Alamance Community College.
