He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Harvey and Azile Pearson Ware; his former wife Clara Whistnant Huneycutt; and his siblings, Jean Ware and Nathaniel "Nat" Ware.
He is survived by: his son Andrew "Andy" Ware (Kenya Barfield) of Greensboro; his granddaughter Neko Taylor Ware of Greensboro; and his sister Anita Adcock of Wake Forest, NC. He is also survived by his friends, neighbors and family.
