She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Siddle Stainback and Mary Elizabeth Aldridge Stainback; her husband Loftin Apple; her brothers, Ross Stainback, Morris Stainback, Willard Stainback and Hubert Stainback; and her granddaughter Erin Apple.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Apple Siler (Gary), Donnie Apple (Pattie), Maron "Robbie" Apple (Jonna) and Myron "Walter" Apple; and her sister Hilda Bryant. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a large extended family.
