She was predeceased by: her spouse Blair Richard Lowe; and her parents, C. C. Parsons and Ada Hawkins Parsons. She is survived by: her children, Judy Reddick (Howell) of Atlanta, GA and Blair Lowe (Patricia) of Elon; her grandchildren, Melissa Ann Wilson (Jon), William Blair Snyder, Justin Ryan Snyder, Katie Leigh Snyder and Donald Jones; and her great grandchildren, Elle DeShaw and Charlotte Epton.
