It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dillard Carringer Jr. (Elon, North Carolina), born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on February 8, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Julie Carringer-Mooney (John Stockard) of Burlington and Paige Hill (Justin) of Hollenberg, KS; his grandchildren, Nathan Doss (Amanda), Hunter, Garrett Hill and Bailey Mooney; his stepgrandchildren, Haley, Salem and Tres Stockard; and his sisters, Carolyn Collins of Madison and Rebecca Smothers. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
