He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hodge and Hazel Hodge; and his brother Conrad Hodge. He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his daughters, Nicole Carroll (Tim) and Kara Marshall (Jon); his grandchildren, Tanner, Seth and Sawyer Marshall; and his brothers, Carlos Hodge (Alease) and Danny Hodge (Sherry). He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
