He was predeceased by: his mother Katherine Louise Hamm Gisclair; and his siblings, Jerry Lee and Sharon May. He is survived by: his wife Anastasia Johnson (AJ); his children, Amber Musick (Glen) of Florida, April Mathren (Gregory Hyden) of Florida, Reba Lomberk (Billy) of Wilson, Buddy Johnson (Heather Gates) of Black Creek, Jacob Johnson (Summer) of South Carolina and Christopher Griffin (Kayla) of Virginia; his siblings, Lisa Daniel of Dunn, Alice Todd of Dunn, Richard (Ricky) of Dunn and Bennie Evans (Peanut); and his pet Sadie Mae. He is also survived by twenty five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
Danny chose to donate his body for Medical purposes.
