Robert Ruffin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Ruffin of Elm City, North Carolina, who passed away on January 8, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ruffin and Irene Speight Ruffin; and his brothers, Stanley Ruffin and Terry Ruffin of Elm City. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Newcombe (John) of Elm City and Robin Hobgood (Jason) of Pinetops; his grandchildren, Hunter Newcombe of Travis Newcombe, T. C, Cooper, Elanie Webb, Ryan Scott, Taylor Hobgood and Meredith Page; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Colton, Abby and Nathan; and his sisters, Shirley Ricks of Scotland Neck and Maureen Craig of Eden.
Those in attendance should practice social distancing and wear a mask.
