It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Harold Marshall (Elm City, North Carolina), who passed away on August 24, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lee and Helen C. Marshall; and his siblings, Ann M. Hubbard and Edward Lee Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Janice Mendoza Marshall; his daughters, Rebecca Marshall Lang (John) and Stefanie Marshall Reaves (Terry); and his stepchildren, Dawn Stagg and E. W. "Woody" Dunagan, II. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
