He was predeceased by: his parents, James Weaver and Doris Davis Weaver; and his brother James Ralph Weaver, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Woolard Weaver; his daughters, Jessica Sexton (Jason) of Elm City and Jennifer Willoughby (Randy) of Williamston; his grandchildren, Breanna, Makenzie Sawrey, Jackie, Heaven and Thomas Willoughby; his great grandchildren, Christopher, Nicholas and Nina; and his siblings, Janice White (James) of Wilson and Albert Weaver of Elm City.
