With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Joyner Gardner of Elm City, North Carolina, who passed away on September 27, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Wayne Gardner; her parents, Medie Joyner and Maybelle Joyner; and her siblings, Romaine Joyner, Durwood Joyner, Bursie Joyner and Buck Joyner.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Gardner Harrell and Randy Gardner; her grandchildren, Caitlin Harrell and Clay Harrell; her sisters, Janice Pridgen and May Gardner; and her great-nieces, Payton Smalley and Erika Smalley. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
