With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Owens Robbins of Elm City, North Carolina, who passed away on November 5, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her son Danny Wayne Robbins of Elm City; and her grandsons, Wayne Robbins (Susan Rae) of Elm City, Bobby Robbins (Alex) of Bellington, WV and Brian Robbins of Kenly. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
