She was predeceased by: her husband Clayton F. Mooring; her parents, Clifton Jenkins and Aurita Saunders Jenkins of Elm City; and her brothers, Charles Jenkins and Randolph Jenkins of Elm City.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey C. Mooring (Teresa) of Ephrata and Danny K. Mooring of Elm City; her brother Thomas Jenkins of Elm City; her grandsons, Ryan Mooring (Courtney) of Wilson, NC, Brett "Ridge" Mooring of Macon, NC, Mitchell Mooring of Garner, NC and Blake Mooring (Erin) of Nash County; and her great grandchildren, Ava Mooring, Alex Mooring and Blake Mooring, Jr..
