He was predeceased by: his son Michael Quinn Raper; and his parents, Mallie Raper and Dora Raper. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Rich Raper; his son Christopher Brown Raper (Meredith) of Salemburg; his grandson Tyler Quinn Raper (Stephanie); his great grandchild Jace Michael Raper; his stepson Chadwick Scott Proctor (Isai); and his brother Rex Raper (Vickie).
