He was predeceased by: his father Richard Webb; his grandparents, Rufus Winstead, Hap and Doris Webb; and his uncles, Wallace Webb and Wyatt Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria Webb of Elm City; his daughter Makenzie Webb of Elm City; his mother Cindy Hinnant of Kenly; his sisters, Amanda Webb of Wilson, Joy Leigh Hinnant of Kenly and Joanna Stocks of Kenly; his grandmother Janice Winstead of Wilson; his uncle Dennis Winstead (Denise) of Bailey; his father-in-law Ricky Morris of Bailey; and his close friend Randy Dawson of Elm City.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Joyner's Funeral Home (4100 Raleigh Rd Pkwy W, Wilson, NC 27896). Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
