Jimmy Holcombe Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Holcombe of Elm City, North Carolina, who passed away on October 19, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Holcombe; his daughter Brenda Smith; his granddaughter Lindsey; his parents, Garrett Holcombe and Mamie Holcombe; and his siblings, Louise Hensley, Eloise Clark, Boyd, Boyce, Tommy, Freddie, Everette, Carl and David Holcombe.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy C. Holcombe, Jr. (Brenda) of Elm City, Sheila Mayberry (Barry) of Calabash and Patricia Wilder (Starlin) of Middlesex; his grandchildren, Austin Holcombe, Ryan Mayberry, Brandon Mayberry, Chris Mundy and Kyle Holcombe; and his sisters, Jennie Lee Brigman and JoAnne Carroll. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild.
