We bid farewell to Huldah Hart of Elm City, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 13, 2025 at the age of 105. Huldah touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband William W. Hart; her children, Barbara Pridgen, William "Billy" Hart and James "Jimmy" Hart; her siblings, Dora Joyner, Patsy Finch, Fred, William Walter "Dub", Richard and Robin Pridgen; and her parents, Lillie Duke Pridgen and Thomas Walter Pridgen.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Moore (Fred); and her daughters-in-law, Sue Hart of Louisburg and Patsy Hart of Elm City.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 5326 London Church Rd, Elm City, NC 27822. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Maplewood Cemetery (400 College St NE, Wilson, NC 27893).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mount Zion United Methodist Church or to Hope Pantry at Mount Zion United Methodist Church, 5326 London Church Rd, Elm City, NC 27822.
