It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerald Landis Tyner Sr. (Elm City, North Carolina), who passed away on October 10, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Richard A. Jones, Sr.; and his parents, Alkie Ashley Tyner and Faye Jones Tyner. He is survived by: his wife Judy Wooten Tyner; his sons, Gerald Landis Tyner, Jr. of Elm City and Donnie Louis Tyner (Ashley) of Elm City; his sister Diane Tyner Gray of Raleigh; and his grandchildren, Jordan Landis Tyner, Brandon Clay Tyner, Trevin Louis Tyner and Keaton Ann Tyner.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Aenon Baptist Church, 7503 Town Creek Road, Elm City, NC 27822.
