He was predeceased by: his daughter Teresa Jones; and his parents, George Buck Jones and Virginia Cooke Gay. He is survived by: his wife Linda Jones; his daughter Lisa Pollard (Michael) of Kenly; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Pollard of Kenly, Cayley Jones of Elm City and Blake Coley (Briley) of Sharpsburg; his great grandchildren, Waylon Coley of Sharpsburg and Kensley Pollard of Kenly; and his sister Mary Gardner.
