She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Barnes and Pauline Jackson Barnes; and her siblings, John "J. J." Barnes, Shirley "Carol" Hawley, Donnie Crawford Barnes, Timothy Paul "Timmy" Barnes and Connie Barnes.
She is survived by: her friend Randy Harrelson; and her brothers, David Barnes, Sr. of Macclesfield and Bobby Barnes of Macclesfield. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family friends, and other extended relatives.
