She is survived by: her siblings, Mamie Reason, Doris Newcomb, Margie Lamm, Daisy Pittman (Johnny Pittman), Frank, James, Thomas, Jack, Yates, Willie Summerlin, Beatrice Webb of Elm City, Melvin Summerlin and Clifton Summerlin; her sister-in-law Janice Raynor; her friend Bojangles; her children, Sandy Ann Crumpler and Henry Wayne Crumpler; her grandchildren, Tanner Clay Proctor, Tonya Summerlin and Tara Jayroe; her great grandchildren, Joey Clay, Rebecca, Lawson, Elana and Walker; and her sister-in-law Janice Summerlin. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Oak Grove FWB Church, 5921 Bridgersville Rd, Elm City, NC 27822-8948.
